The Honorable Maurice McTigue known as "New Zealand's Reformer" and "Minister of Change" whose advise is sought by government leaders around the world spoke at the 4th Annual International Leaders Summit - "The Future of Transatlantic Relations" in The European Parliament, Brussels. The Croatian version of the book was published by Zagreb based IBS and the English version will be released in early 2006.
